Supplements (Non-Commissionable):
- Half Board per adult: $20/day; Full Board per adult: $40/day (Inclusive of 1 soft drink/meal, exclusive of alcoholic beverages)
- Children (up to 12 years) pay 50% of the applicable adult supplementary
- Packed lunches, where applicable, are available on request
- Installation of own tent: $40/night (inclusive of breakfast), $30/night (exclusive of breakfast)

- Buffet service available within 24-hour advance notice

Cancellation Policy During High Season - June to September, December to February
All cancellations must be in writing and will incur the following charges (refunds are inclusive of applicable bank transfer charges):

Full refund if cancellation is made 45 days from the expected date of arrival

20% of the total cost of confirmed booking – if cancellation is made 21 to 45 days from the expected date of arrival

40% of the total cost of confirmed booking – if cancellation is made 14 to 21 days from the expected date of arrival
80% of the total cost of confirmed booking – if cancellation is made 7 to 14 days from the expected date of arrival
100% of the total cost of confirmed booking – if cancellation is made 0 to 7 days from the expected date of arrival or  if there is a “no show” (no cancellation given, but no guests arrive as booked)
Please note that for group bookings, we reserve the right to any refunds or penalties should we check in fewer guests than earlier booked and confirmed

All cancellations must be in writing and will incur the following charges (all refunds are inclusive of applicable bank transfer charges):

Full refund if cancellation is made 30 days from the expected date of arrival

20% of the total cost of confirmed booking – if cancellation is made 15 to 30 days from the expected date of arrival
30% of the total cost of confirmed booking – if cancellation is made 7 to 15 days from the expected date of arrival
50% of the total cost of confirmed booking – if cancellation is made 72 hours to 7 days from the expected date of arrival
75% of the total cost of confirmed booking – if cancellation is made 48 to 72 hours from the expected date of arrival
100% of the total cost of confirmed booking – if cancellation is made under 48 hours from the expected date of arrival or if there is a “no show” (no cancellation given, but no guests arrive as booked)
